Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1 business day, including weekends and holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will contact you via phone or email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your location and order size.

• Within Nairobi CBD: Delivery is free.

• Outside Nairobi CBD: Delivery by rider; charges vary based on location.

• Other Towns in Kenya: Delivery via courier (e.g. G4S, Fargo); cost depends on item size/weight and courier rates.

• Typical shipping cost range: KSh 100 – KSh 2,000
  We will confirm the final shipping cost when we call to confirm your order.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

• We deliver to agreed-upon locations such as homes, offices, petrol stations, eateries, or apartments.

• Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Once your order is shipped, we will send a Shipment Confirmation via email or SMS.

Damages & Issues During Delivery

Hamtech is not liable for goods damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately. Please keep all packaging for inspection or claims.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders outside Kenya (if applicable), Hamtech is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied. These are the customer’s responsibility.
